Our services cover China entry advisory, business process consulting, Sarbanes Oxley S404 advisory, corporate governance advisory, internal controls review, merger and acquisition advisory, PRC and international auditing, taxation advisory, accounting/controller outsourcing, payroll compliance assistance, etc.
Our experienced consultants come from USA, France, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China. They have substantial experience in dealing with China entry issues, business process consulting, financial management, accounting, auditing and PRC/Hong Kong taxation. Most of our consultants are qualified CPAs or CIA and worked for"big 4" accounting firms or MNC before they joined the Firm. Currently, we have more than 20 professionals.
